The regional branch of the Russian Union of Martial Arts in Belgorod Oblast covers 21 municipal districts and unites more than 40 clubs — from the regional center to small towns and settlements. Over 5,000 athletes of different ages train in the region's halls in 15 disciplines: sambo, judo, karate, kickboxing, hand-to-hand combat, grappling, pankration, and other directions.
