ProBoi for tournament and event organizers

Create an account on ProBoi and add the organization on whose behalf the event is being held. After that, select the format — tournament or event — and fill in the main details: name, sport, start and end dates, city, address, and description.

Time is indicated according to the event location. ProBoi will determine the time zone based on the selected city or address and correctly display the event to viewers from other regions.

If the page is created by the promotion, links to ticket purchase and broadcast can be added before the event starts. After filling out, submit the card for moderation. Do not create a duplicate if the event has already been published — in this case, proceed to the next section.

If a tournament or event is already on ProBoi, there is no need to create a second page. Log in to your account and contact support through your personal cabinet. Send the link to the card, the name of the organization, and confirmation that you represent the organizer.

After verification, the card will be linked to your organization. You will be able to clarify information, add links to tickets and the broadcast, and after the event concludes, publish the results.

The card gathers in one place everything a viewer usually looks for:

- date, local time and time zone;

- city, venue and address;

- link to tickets before the event;

- link to the broadcast during the event;

- description, photos and news;

- results and final material after completion;

Adding an event to favorites.

The page is available via a permanent link and may appear in search, event sections, and ProBoi selections. If the data changes, update the card immediately — especially the date, venue, and cancellation status.

The card must contain accurate information and relate to a real tournament or event. The title, dates, venue, images, and external links are subject to moderation.

The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of the data and the rights to the uploaded materials. Do not post other people's photographs, logos, and broadcasts without the rights holder's permission. If the event is postponed or canceled, update the status as soon as possible.

The current terms of additional features are agreed upon separately. Creating a card does not mean that ProBoi sells tickets or is the event organizer: purchase and viewing take place on the websites indicated by the card owner.

Before submitting your request, prepare the event name, link to the organization's page, dates, city, and address. If the card already exists, be sure to attach a link to it — this will allow the request to be processed faster.

For questions regarding the creation, linking, or correction of a card, please contact support from your personal account. There you can also report an error in the date, address, ticket link, broadcast, or results.

For spectators: ProBoi is not a ticket operator and does not broadcast events. For ticket refunds, access to the stream, and program changes, please contact the organizer or the service indicated by the corresponding link.
