In the capital of Tajikistan, the IJF Grand Slam Dushanbe 2026 series tournament has concluded, with 240 athletes from 34 countries participating. 14 sets of medals were contested – seven each among men and women. The main outcome was the success of the Russian team in the overall medal standings.

Following the competition, the top three leaders are as follows:

The Tajikistan team showed one of the best results in the history of home Grand Slam stages:

• Emomali Nurali – gold (victory over Azizbek Ortikov from Uzbekistan)

• Mukhiddin Asadulloev – gold (victory over Russian Karen Galstyan)

• Somon Makhmadbekov – gold (victory over Austrian Bernd Fasching)
