Biography
Josh Emmett was born on March 4, 1985, in Phoenix, Arizona, and wrestled in school and college. He made his professional MMA debut in October 2011, competing in the West Coast Fighting Championship, where he won the lightweight championship title. In 2016, he signed a contract with the UFC.
